By engaging our services or contributing funds, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

All payments made to CodeVerd including subscriptions, one-time purchases, service fees, or consulting charges are final and non-refundable, regardless of the payment method or channel (website, direct invoice, or third-party partner).

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Payments for SEO and sustainability audits
  • Subscriptions to CodeVerd Pro or other plans
  • Carbon impact reports or sustainability consultations
  • Digital optimization tools or bulk asset services
  • Any custom work, analysis, or downloadable reports

By using our Services and completing a transaction, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Confirmation of Intent

By making a payment to CodeVerd — whether through the platform, third-party gateway, or direct arrangement — you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The transaction is voluntary, final, and non-refundable
  • You will not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for any reason
  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full prior to making the payment

Event Partnerships and Third-Party Transfers

CodeVerd frequently collaborates with digital agencies, developers, consultants, hosting providers, or institutional partners to deliver sustainable web audits, optimization solutions, and green digital services. In such cases, payments may be made via direct bank transfers, QR code links, third-party gateways, or custom offline arrangements — not just through our website.

All such payments are non-refundable and subject to this Refund Policy, even in situations such as:

  • Membership cancellation or project withdrawal
  • Client-side changes in requirements or digital strategies
  • Full or partial non-utilization of services after payment
  • Disputes between clients, agencies, or stakeholders involved

Partners handling payments on behalf of clients are responsible for clearly communicating this policy prior to any transaction.

Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

If CodeVerd offers subscription-based access to audits, optimization tools, or digital sustainability services, the following terms will apply:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for amounts already paid
  • CodeVerd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription plans at any time without refund liability

Third-Party Platforms and Gateways

In some cases, payments may be processed through third-party services such as digital agencies, hosting providers, payment gateways, or sustainability platforms. While those platforms may have their own terms, once funds are received by CodeVerd—either directly or via an authorized partner—this Refund Policy will apply in full.

CodeVerd is not responsible for processing refunds on behalf of third parties or enforcing their refund or cancellation policies.

Exceptions

There are no standard exceptions to this Refund Policy. CodeVerd retains sole discretion to review and respond to exceptional refund requests; however, approval is neither guaranteed nor implied. Any decisions made by CodeVerd regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

Transfer of Funds

Once funds have been received by CodeVerd—whether through our platform, direct bank transfers, QR code links, or via third-party partners—you forfeit all rights to request a reversal, refund, or return of those funds. All such transactions are considered final and non-reversible.

Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Refund Policy may result in immediate suspension of your access to CodeVerd's services. We reserve the right to legally contest any unauthorized disputes and recover all costs (including legal, administrative, or processing fees) incurred during the resolution process.

Policy Amendments

CodeVerd reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version available on our website or shared via official communications will apply to all current and future transactions.
